Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how Autorisk Solutions, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Autorisk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the Autorisk Reports platform (the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that your information may be collected and processed as described in this Policy.

  1. Information We Collect
    1. Account Information

      When users create accounts or interact with the Platform, we may collect:

      • name;
      • organization name;
      • email address;
      • contact details, and
      • billing information.
    2. Technical Information

      We may automatically collect technical information when the Platform is accessed, including:

      • device identifiers;
      • browser type;
      • operating system;
      • IP address;
      • usage logs; and
      • timestamps of Platform access.
    3. Platform Usage Data

      We may collect information about how the Platform and related services are used, including:

      • search queries;
      • reports accessed;
      • API requests; and
      • analytics usage.

      This information helps improve system performance and analytics capabilities.

    4. Observational Traffic Data

      Autorisk collects roadway observation data through dashcam systems operated by authorized contractors. This data may include:

      • traffic events;
      • collision or near-collision observations;
      • vehicle movement patterns; and
      • roadway or environmental conditions.

      This information is used to produce aggregated analytics, roadway risk intelligence, and predictive insights.

      Platform users do not upload or contribute data to the Platform.

    5. De-Identified and Aggregated Data

      Autorisk may use and process data in aggregated or de-identified form for the purpose of generating analytics, risk insights, research, and statistical reporting.

      Information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual is not considered personal information under this Policy. Autorisk may retain and use such aggregated or de-identified data for lawful business purposes, including improving the Platform, developing analytics models, and producing industry risk insights.

  2. How We Use Information

    Autorisk uses collected information to:

    • operate, maintain, and secure the Platform;
    • provide data analytics, reports, and related services (the “Data Services”);
    • improve analytics models, risk insights, and system performance;
    • process billing transactions and subscription services;
    • detect fraud, abuse, or security threats; and
    • comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
  3. Legal Basis for Processing (EEA and UK)

    Where applicable under data protection laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, Autorisk processes personal data based on:

    • contractual necessity for providing services;
    • legitimate business interests, including platform security and analytics improvement;
    • compliance with legal obligations; or
    • consent where required by law.
  4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

    Autorisk may share information with trusted third parties that assist in operating the Platform, including:

    • cloud infrastructure and hosting providers;
    • payment processors and billing services;
    • analytics or security service providers; and
    • legal, regulatory, or law enforcement authorities where required by law.

    Autorisk does not sell personal information for advertising purposes.

    1. Service Providers and Subprocessors

    In the event of a confirmed data breach involving personal information, Autorisk will investigate the incident, mitigate potential harm, and provide notifications to affected individuals or regulatory authorities where required by law.

  8. Your Privacy Rights

    Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

    • access personal information we hold about you;
    • request correction of inaccurate information;
    • request deletion of personal information;
    • request restriction of certain processing activities; and
    • request portability of your personal data.

  10. Children’s Privacy

    The Platform is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18.

    Autorisk does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected without appropriate authorization, we will take steps to delete that information.

  11. Changes to This Policy

    Autorisk may update this Policy periodically.

    Material changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Autorisk Reports platform (the “Platform”) operated by Autorisk Solutions, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Autorisk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.

  1. Description of the Platform

    Autorisk provides a proprietary risk-analytics and data platform offering access to roadway risk intelligence derived from dashcam and observational traffic data, including but not limited to:

    • traffic incidents and near-collision observations;
    • traffic violation indicators;
    • roadway hazard data;
    • vehicle behavior observations; and
    • predictive risk analytics and related reports

    (collectively, the “Data Services”).

    The Platform may be accessed through:

    • a web portal;
    • APIs; and
    • downloadable reports or datasets.

    Autorisk may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Platform at any time.

  2. Eligibility and Account Registration

    You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Platform.

    If you access the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

    Users may be required to create an account and must:

    • provide accurate registration information;
    • maintain the confidentiality of login credentials; and
    • restrict access to authorized users.

    You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

  3. Data Source and Platform Operation

    All data available through the Platform is collected and processed by or on behalf of Autorisk.

    Data may be obtained through:

    • dashcam recordings collected by independent contractors;
    • proprietary data analysis and event classification systems; or
    • observational traffic analysis.

    Platform users do not upload or contribute data.

  4. License to Use the Platform

    Subject to compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Autorisk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Data Services for lawful internal purposes.

    This license does not transfer ownership of any data or intellectual property.

  5. Intellectual Property and Database Rights

    All content and technology associated with the Platform are the exclusive property of Autorisk or its licensors.

    Protected materials include:

    • datasets and databases;
    • analytical models and algorithms;
    • reports and analytics; and
    • software and platform architecture.

    Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission from Autorisk.

  6. Acceptable Use and Fair Use Policy

    Users must use the Platform responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.

    Permitted uses include legitimate activities such as:

    • insurance underwriting or claims analysis;
    • fleet risk management;
    • law enforcement agencies;
    • legal research or accident investigation; and
    • transportation risk analytics.

    Users may not:

    • scrape, crawl, or extract data using automated tools;
    • systematically download or reproduce substantial portions of the database;
    • reverse engineer the Platform or analytics models;
    • resell or redistribute raw data without authorization;
    • create competing databases or services;
    • bypass platform security controls or API limits; or
    • use data for harassment, unlawful surveillance, or discrimination.

    Autorisk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

  7. Anti-Scraping and Database Extraction

    Automated access or bulk extraction of data from the Platform is prohibited without express written permission.

    Prohibited activities include:

    • scraping;
    • web crawling;
    • data harvesting; and
    • automated query systems.

    Unauthorized extraction may violate these Terms and applicable laws, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.

  8. Fees and Payment

    Access to certain Platform services may require payment of:

    • subscription fees;
    • per-report charges;
    • dataset licensing fees; or
    • API access fees.

    All fees are payable according to the applicable pricing terms and are non-refundable unless required by law.

  9. Data Accuracy and Informational Use

    The Data Services are derived from observational data and analytical models.

    Although Autorisk employs quality controls, “Autorisk does not guarantee:

    • completeness;
    • accuracy; or
    • timeliness.

    The Platform is provided for informational and analytical purposes only.

    Users are responsible for verifying information before relying on it for legal, insurance, financial, or operational decisions.

  10. No Professional Advice

    Autorisk does not provide legal, insurance underwriting, investigative, or professional advice.

    Nothing on the Platform constitutes expert testimony or a legal determination.

  11. Privacy

    Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is collected and processed.

  12. International Use

    The Platform may be accessed globally.

    Users outside the United States are responsible for complying with local laws governing data use and access.

  13. Suspension and Termination

    Autorisk may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if a user:

    • violates these Terms;
    • engages in prohibited use;
    • fails to pay applicable fees; or
    • creates security risks.

    Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms immediately end.

  14. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Platform and Data Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

    Autorisk disclaims all warranties, including warranties of:

    • merchantability;
    • fitness for a particular purpose;
    • non-infringement; or
    • uninterrupted availability.
  15. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autorisk shall not be liable for:

    • indirect or consequential damages;
    • loss of profits;
    • loss of data; or
    • business interruption.

    Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user during the previous 12 months.

  16. Indemnification

    Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autorisk and its affiliates from claims arising from:

    • misuse of the Platform;
    • violation of these Terms; or
    • unlawful use of data.
  17. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

  18. Changes to These Terms

    Autorisk may update these Terms periodically.

    Material changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
